Ancestral Alchemology™ is the signature bridge I have built between genealogy / family tree research and transformative lineage work. As a professional genealogist, I offer standalone family tree research and then MoonTree Chart mappings where we identify the recurring patterns within your family lines. This research allows us to create your own "Ancestral Alchemical Elixir" - a personalized series of rituals, movement sequences, and ceremonies designed to help you physically and emotionally release inherited burdens.

InBodying Astrology & The Essendance Method
Beyond lineage work, I offer InBodying Astrology™ as a dedicated path to experience your birth chart through the physical form. In my one-on-one sessions, I read your unique natal chart and create a personalized movement sequence and guided meditation based on your celestial blueprint. I also offer these as group sessions, where we move in alignment with the current astrological transits - such as the specific placements of the Sun and Moon. These sessions are a fluid integration of the stars and the body, merging Kundalini, Hatha, Yin, and Somatic Yoga with intuitive movement to move beyond intellectual analysis and into a direct experience of the cosmos.
While InBodying Astrology focuses on the specific language of the stars, it is deeply informed by the Essendance™ Method, the signature movement system I created to weave together my lifelong journey as a dancer. From my roots in Ballet to Tantric, Ecstatic, and Elemental Dance, Essendance is a dedicated path for sacred movement, conscious dance, and embodiment coaching. Whether we are working with a birth chart or moving through an energetic release, this method invites your "Essence" to descend fully into the body. Whether through the stars, the ancestors, or the dance, we are here to wake our magic and manifest it into form.

Ceremonial Space: Sound, Moon Circles & Rites of Passage
These integrations often culminate in the deep stillness of Sound Baths / Sound Immersions and channeled activations and ancestral attunements. Using crystal sound bowls and guided meditation, I create a sacred container for ancestral connection - facilitating a space where the wisdom of the grandmothers and those who came before can be felt and heard. These ceremonies are available both virtually and in-person, providing a profound sense of peace and resolution. Beyond my seasonal Moon Circles, I am available to facilitate custom Rites of Passage and ceremonies for your most significant life milestones - from weddings and birthdays to unique transitional blessings.
