SOMAmagical offers online classes, workshops, astrology readings, ancestral connection sessions, embodiment experiences, and related content for personal and educational purposes. These offerings are intended for individuals seeking personal growth, spiritual exploration, and embodiment practices. All information provided is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace medical, psychological, or legal services. Participants engage at their own discretion.

2. Eligibility:

By using this Site or participating in any offering, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old or have legal parental/guardian consent to participate.

3. Payment and Refunds:

Payment is required at the time of purchase for classes, sessions, and services.

Refunds: Due to the nature of digital and live experiences, all sales are final unless otherwise stated. No refunds are provided for missed classes or late cancellations.Please review specific refund or rescheduling policies stated on event registration pages, if applicable.​

4. Participant Responsibility:

By participating, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own well-being, physical safety, emotional processing, and spiritual experience. You agree to: Participate at your own pace and honor your personal limits. Seek appropriate professional support if needed outside of the scope of these offerings.​

5. Intellectual Property:

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, class recordings, course materials, and written guides, are the property of SOMAmagical and/or Gisella Rose unless otherwise credited.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without express written permission.Purchasing a service or class does not grant ownership of the materials beyond personal use.​All content, language, rituals, visuals, and frameworks presented through Gisella Rose and SOMAmagical, including but not limited to Ancestral Alchemology™, MoonTree Chart™, Body Potions™, etc. are protected intellectual property.
